Macro Friday
I saw this shell trapped in the driftwood while walking along the beach this week. I actually stopped to look at the wood as there were some puddles in the grooves and I tried to photograph them. It was then that I noticed the shell. It's funny how that happens, our attention is grabbed by one thing but really what we need to see is something completely different.

Today's Macro Friday is brought to you from the jungles of Borneo. I took this photo on my recent holiday there. The gorgeous colour of the leaf stood out to me and I had to stop and take a photo.

Macro Friday
Today I had a lovely 4 hour coffee/breakfast with a dear friend. The sun was shining and the conversation was flowing, so after about two and a half hours we switched to wine. We had such inspiring conversations about life, travel and business ideas. I left feeling so invigorated and motivated and I can't wait to see these ideas start to take on a life of their own.

Walking home from the shops we spotted this little guy crawling along the footpath. I've never seen a snail like it and I was fascinated. I knew it had to be a Macro Friday shot.
