Today I visited the Rocklyn Ashram near Daylesford. We went and did yoga nidra and then enjoyed a delicious lunch. The ashram is located on the edge of the forest so after lunch we walked in the bush and saw some kangaroos. This is the view of the ashram as you return from the walk. It is such a relaxing and peaceful place to be. I will definitely go back.

Ashram
Today I visited the Rocklyn Ashram near Daylesford. We went and did yoga nidra and then enjoyed a delicious lunch.
