I saw that there was going to be a beautiful sunset and so rushed out with the camera. My camera battery actually went flat shortly after this so I was blessed to get this shot in time.

Last week the weather was amazing and as happens every year we got sucked in to thinking that summer was on the way. The last few days have been a reminder that there's still many more cold days to come before the sun.

This beautiful wisteria is blooming outside my back door and everyone who has visited my house lately has commented on it.

Time for a beverage

I actually took this shot in Seattle almost a year ago. It's pumpkin beer from a local brewery there. Some friends and I had gone to Seattle to see Bon Iver and before the gig we went for a few beers. Being around Halloween time they were serving pumpkin beer and may I say it was delicious! It's Friday folks, go out and grab yourself a beer.

Love Thursday

Melbourne is known for eating out. We have so many restaurants representing cuisine from all over the world. We're really lucky. This is one of my favourites. Pellegrini's has been in Melbourne for decades and it remains unchanged. You can still pop in grab a quick pasta and a coffee and sit at the bar. Sometimes the simple things really are the best, I love this place.
