Green Shoes
I love these green shoes and I love that it's getting warm enough to wear them again. They're from my favourite show designer John Fluevog. I just can't get enough of his shoes.

Random Dance
Last night as I was walking through the city I came across this group of kids performing in a laneway. Turns out they are part of the Melbourne International Arts Festival and part of a group called A.R.A.B which you can read about here. They were brilliant and everyone was really getting into it. Such a great surprise to find.

Ready To Bloom
I'm finally starting to really get into my new job but it's been an interesting process. I'd forgotten what it's like to be the person that doesn't have the answers and who is always asking the questions. I feel like I'm back to being a little bud rather than a full blown flower. Maybe it's because it's the start of spring but I feel as though the little bud is getting ready to bloom. I feel like big, exciting things are ahead for me and I am trying to be patient and aware ready to let them happen.

Random Acts Of Kindness
Yesterday as my train pulled up at the platform I saw a girl buying a drink from a vending machine. Upon seeing the train pull in, she grabbed her drink and hurried towards it, leaving her change behind. As she boarded, a man walking past paused and collected the money. He boarded the train via a different door to the girl, and my first thought was "What a cheeky guy, just taking her change like that". But as I watched, the man made his way down the train carriage and stopped at her seat. He handed her the money and walked away. The surprised smile on her face brought a smile to mine, and I kept smiling for quite some time afterwards. It reminded me how quickly we can jump to a negative conclusion rather than a positive one.
